Description
This policy controls whether or not we allow enemy planets to surrender control to our fleets during Orbital Bombardment.
Options
Prohibited
There will be no surrender, Orbital Bombardment will continue indefinitely.
Planetary Control of Enemy Planets will only be gained by invading the planet with Ground Troops.
Allowed
Foreign citizens have the right to surrender.
We will gain occupation of Enemy Planets from Orbital Bombardment of planets without Defensive Armies if they choose to surrender.
