Description
Once the surface expedition managed to solve the problems with the malfunctioning equipment, the nature of the wild magnetic fluctuations started to reveal itself.
The raging oceans and rivers of lava down on … are in fact not made up of conventional magma - it's molten metal! Metals of this temperature tend not to have particularly strong magnetic properties; not even the sheer volume of molten metal on … should create electromagnetism on this scale. So what is causing it?
