Deeper scans of …'s crust confirm what the crew already suspected - … is no ordinary moon. The entire planetary body is an artificial construct, made out of exceptionally mineral rich rock, packed around a massive steel framework.
Likely it was created to slow the rotational speed of …, making the days longer and tides higher, priming it for habitation. As far as we can tell nobody ever settled the planet.
